Cookie Policy

Last updated: July 2026

1. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They enable the Platform to recognize your device, remember your preferences, and provide a personalized experience. This policy also covers similar technologies, such as browser local storage.

2. How We Use Cookies

We use cookies and local storage to operate the Platform, remember your preferences, support platform security, process payments, and provide live chat support. We do not use cookies for advertising, cross-site tracking, or building marketing profiles.

3. Types of Cookies We Use

3.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies

Essential for Platform operation. Cannot be disabled. Includes access cookies that keep you signed in to gated areas of the Platform, security tokens, and cookies set by our payment processor when you complete a purchase.

3.2 Performance and Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate Platform usage (pages visited, referral sources, device type, country). Both services are cookieless: they do not set cookies, do not store identifiers on your device, and do not track you across other websites. Data is aggregated and cannot be used to identify you individually.

3.3 Functional Cookies

Enable enhanced functionality, such as remembering your light or dark theme preference (stored in your browser's local storage) and maintaining your live chat session so you do not lose your conversation history.

3.4 Advertising and Targeting Cookies

We do not use advertising, targeting, or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not sell or share cookie data with advertising networks.

4. Third-Party Cookies

Some Platform features are provided by third parties that may set their own cookies, subject to their respective privacy policies: Stripe (payment processing), Calendly (meeting scheduling), and Tawk.to (live chat). Cloudflare provides content delivery and security for the Platform and may set strictly necessary cookies, such as a bot-detection cookie, to protect the Platform from automated abuse. Our hosting provider, Vercel, and our analytics services do not set analytics cookies.

5. Managing Cookies

Because we do not use advertising or tracking cookies, we do not display a cookie consent banner. You may configure your browser to reject or delete cookies and clear local storage at any time; certain features, including live chat, scheduling, and payments, may not function properly if you do so. Strictly necessary cookies cannot be disabled while you use the Platform.

6. Updates

We may update this policy at any time. Changes will be posted with an updated Last Updated date.
