About the Author

Matthew Liberto

Founder & CEO, Napkin Deals

Edmonton, Canada

Matthew Liberto is a serial entrepreneur building at the intersection of AI, M&A, and global commerce. As founder and CEO of Napkin Deals, he leads a hybrid organization of 38 human professionals and 69 AI personas operating across Miami, Monaco, Toronto, Quito, Kolkata, Vietnam, and more.

Before Napkin Deals, Matthew co-founded KVCF, a fair-trade agro-commodities company in West Africa servicing over 27,000 registered farmers. His documentary Enter India (2015) chronicled the digital transformation of a 50-person technology team in India, exploring how emerging markets export digital goods the same way they once exported physical commodities — from atoms to bytes.

This book is being written in real time as Matthew builds the company, documenting every prompt, every decision, and every wrong turn before anyone knows how the story ends.
