Businesses of every size and sector

Sell your business. Your way.

Designed for founders who want clarity and control — not pressure. We review every listing as buyers first, not just brokers.

No commitment · Takes under 5 minutes · Success-fee only

Is your business the kind we sell?

Two lanes, and most owners land in one of them.

Main Street & Mid-Market

Established, owner-operated businesses with real cash flow.

  • Service Businesses
  • Construction & Trades
  • Healthcare Practices
  • Manufacturing
  • HVAC
  • Landscaping
  • Restaurants & Hospitality
  • Franchises

Digital & Online

Internet-native businesses, sold to buyers who already know the model.

  • SaaS
  • E-Commerce
  • Agencies
  • Content & Media
  • Marketplaces
  • Mobile Apps

And it needn’t be a full sale — the same listing can be any of these:

  • Full sale
  • Asset sale
  • Recapitalisation
  • Refinancing

Don’t see yours? It’s still worth asking.

The marketplace runs across 11 sectors — no pitch, no obligation.

You only give more once they have

Listing is a feeler, not a commitment. Each step opens a little more — only after the one before proved it worth doing.

  1. 01

    Put out a feeler

An anonymous listing drafted from your valuation — no company name, no contact details. You find out who's looking.

    Commits you to nothing
  2. 02

    See who’s real

You share nothing new. Interested buyers sign an NDA before they can send you a single message.

    Still nothing
  3. 03

    Fill in the real listing

Add proper financials once you know somebody real is there, so qualified buyers can assess instead of guess.

    Only if there’s interest
  4. 04

    Open the data room

Documents released one buyer at a time, on your approval — then structured offers you accept or decline.

    Only buyers you pickPaid plan

Nothing advances without you. Stop at any step, and whatever you haven’t shared stays yours.

Buyers are matched while you wait

Paid plan

Buyers publish mandates — industry, region, revenue, cheque size. The closest fits surface to you as anonymous profiles, never names.

An advisor that reads your pipeline

Free tier limited

Ask what an offer means or what to fix before diligence — it has your listings, buyer stages and offer terms in front of it.

Nobody finds out until you say so

Selling is the one decision you can’t talk about — so the process keeps it quiet by default, with no setting to switch on.

Your team won’t hear it from us

Your company name never appears on the listing and is scrubbed out of the description text.

Competitors can’t join the dots

Buyers see the shape of the business, not the brand — no name, no website, no contact details.

Nobody speaks to you unsigned

A buyer cannot message you before signing the NDA. The platform blocks it.

The real numbers move on your say-so

Documents release one buyer at a time, on your approval, and every download is recorded.

Our NDA is a click-to-accept agreement — the buyer types their legal name, accepts the terms, and the signature is stored with a timestamp against their account. It is not a countersigned e-signature document.

The things we don’t ask for

Some marketplaces advertise “free listing” and bury broker-style terms in the fine print. Here’s our version, in plain English.

  • No exclusivity — list anywhere else too
  • No fee when you find your own buyer
  • Delist whenever you want, no approval needed
  • No retainer, no listing fee
  • Listing creates no obligation — a mandate is separate
  • Nothing escalates to a broker unless you ask

And what it does cost

Listing is free — valuation, buyer pipeline, NDA gate, and structured offers included. You pay a success fee only when a deal closes; featured placement, the document vault, CIMs, and matched-buyer surfacing sit on paid plans. One honest caveat: if a buyer we introduced closes after your listing comes down, the fee still applies for a limited tail — written in plain English in our Terms.

Don’t you need a specialist?

Not any more. What the job needs now is technology doing the heavy lifting and people who know how the other side thinks.

Their side

Napkin

We sit on both sides of this table. We’ve spent years as the buyer — running diligence, pricing risk, walking away — which is how you learn what a buyer is thinking when they go quiet.

The technology

Does what a rolodex used to

Pricing, matching and the paperwork run on software — the twenty-years-in-one-industry part of the job doesn’t exist any more.

The people

Brokers and advisors, where it counts

Real people run your process and read every listing. Software finds the buyers; humans handle the deal.

The buyers

They come to us first

Acquirers tell us what they’re hunting for before you ever list — the table is full when you arrive.

Put those together and there isn’t a kind of business this doesn’t work for.

Meet the people who run your deal

Not sure you’re ready? Most owners aren’t.

Eight in ten owners have no written exit plan. Five questions — the same five a buyer forms an opinion on before they look at anything else.

Could you produce three years of clean P&Ls this week?
Would the business keep running if you took a month off?
Is your largest customer under a quarter of revenue?
Has revenue held flat or grown over the last two years?
Do most customers come back without being re-sold?

Answer the five above for a read on where you stand.

A rule of thumb, not a valuation — nothing is submitted or stored. Exit-planning figure: Exit Planning Institute, State of Owner Readiness.

Listing does not constitute a mandate to sell, and no obligation is created until a formal agreement is signed.
