EDMONTON, AB — August 17, 2026 — Napkin Deals today opened its founding beta, giving company shareholders first access to the full platform — more than 24,000 live deals, the complete buyer toolkit, and founding-account status that will not be offered again after launch week.
Feedback as a product
Launch week also ships the Suggestion Box, a feedback machine built into every page. Users can rate the experience in one tap, type what they think, record a voice note up to 90 seconds, or capture the page they are on and draw directly over it — a highlighter and a red pen, superimposed on the live site — with the marked-up screenshot delivered straight to the founders.
The loop closes deliberately: every note is read and weighed weekly, and when a suggestion ships, the person who made it hears about it. The launch-week widget itself is honest about its lifespan — a countdown shows when it disappears.
Launch is a process
The founding beta is the first of several planned launch waves. The team’s operating belief is that the best products launch multiple times — each wave tightening the product against real use before the doors open wider.
